Materials

Signs come in many shapes, sizes and materials. As well as vinyl and aluminium, Appletons have the technology in place to print to DiBond (an acrylic and aluminium laminate which prevents warping), Foamex (weatherproof, durable, easily-drilled) and Corex (flexible, waterproof, ideal for short-term exterior use).

Cut-Out / Pre-Spaced Letters & Logos

Appletons continued investment in technology allows us to produce signage that would have been impossible until recently. For example, our Cut-Out machine (Platen) is one of the largest and most-advanced in the country. Used for cutting obscure shapes – lettering, logos and designs – from a wide range of materials including vinyl, wood or metal. Note, as well as supplying we can also fit pre-spaced vinyl letters and logos to your requirements.

Posters

As you would expect from Appletons, we can produce high-quality posters in any size, from standard (A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, 30 x 21, 30 x 40, 60 x 40) to bespoke custom sizes. You tell us what you would like and leave the rest to us.

Window Graphics

Window graphics are an economic way to create impact. For corporate applications, etched-glass effects are particularly effective. Coloured vinyl is another popular choice for many projects. Our production method means the finished graphics look permanent but are still easy to remove when necessary.

Slat Signs

Our slat signage system is the ideal solution for wall-mounted directories in a corporate environment. Slat signs are commonly used to display information, directions or personnel listings.
